About US Farm News

US Farm News is a specialty farm magazine and daily agriculture business news site. We cover the money side of farming: commodity markets, farm finance, policy and trade. We also give specialty and niche agriculture the room national farm media usually saves for corn and soybeans: fruit, vegetables, nuts, potatoes, pulses, hemp, aquaculture, direct-to-consumer farms and agritourism.

What we publish

• The Daily Ag Business Briefing. Every weekday: what moved grain and livestock markets, what Washington did, and the agribusiness deals and reports farmers should know about.
• Original two-source reports. Every story is built from at least two independent sources, such as news reports, USDA and university data, YouTube interviews and farm podcasts. Each one is written fresh and links to every source. Read our editorial standards.
• Specialty farm features. Practical, grower-focused stories on crops and enterprises that rarely make the big ag magazines.
